El Niño Blanco is a chef-driven Mexican concept rooted in fire, craft, and intention. Founded by Chef Allan McFarland, the project reflects years of professional kitchen experience and a commitment to disciplined technique, bold flavor, and refined execution.

From scratch-made masa and carefully built salsas to responsibly sourced proteins and precise cooking methods, every dish is built with purpose. El Niño Blanco is not fast food. It is Cocina de Autor — personal cuisine shaped by tradition and elevated through experience.

Based in Ellijay, Georgia, we offer limited drops, private events, and curated menus designed to bring serious Mexican cuisine to the North Georgia mountains.
